Terra Solar made another big milestone in the People Republic of China. Terra
Solar Global, Inc. , China Technology Development Group Corporation , and China
Merchants Group signed a co-development agreement in China Merchants Zhangzhou
Development Zone. The tripartite coorperation will lay a muti-function compus which
combines of R&D, Manufacture, Sale, Application, and Distribution.

Terra Solar announced the installation of a pilot amorphous silicon (a-Si) module
manufacturing facility in New Jersey. The facility has a 2.5MW per annum capacity.
The Company plans to use the equipment to optimize its transparent PV window and to
help establish parameters for production of a substantially larger size substrate
for the next generation of PV modules. With this additional equipment, the Company
is now in position to demonstrate a manufacturing process for copper indium gallium
diselenide (CIGS)-based thin-film PV modules on a 2 by 4 foot glass substrate.

Blue Star
Blue Star Glass Holding Group, with which Terra Solar signed in January 2005 a contract to
jointly develop a 5MW PV module manufacturing facility, announced plans to expand its PV
manufacturing capacity to 50MW by 2010, with advanced technology and cooperation from
Terra Solar.
Capital Investment
A publicly-traded Hong Kong-based company, REXCAPITAL International Holdings, Ltd.,
is in the process of acquiring 51% ownership in Terra Solar Global, Inc., parent
of Terra Solar’s principal operating company, Terra Solar North America, Inc.
Terra Solar will use the funds to expand its research and development activities,
for the purchase of capital equipment and for working capital.

Blue Star
Terra Solar signs contracts with China's Blue Star Glass Holding Group to jointly develop a
5MW-in-total (2.5MW a-Si and 2.5MW CIGS) PV module manufacturing venture in Shandong
Province. The parties also agree to set up a joint marketing entity and a design firm
specializing in Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV). The design firm would include
representatives of the New York-based architect partnership,
Kiss + Cathcart,
as well as prominent Chinese partners.
Nigeria
Terra Solar has delivered the first phase of a village lighting program for Nasarawa State
in Nigeria. Under this program, 150 villages will receive PV lighting for schools, health
centers and village community centers.

Dr. Yuan Lee was named Chief Executive Officer of Terra Solar Global, Inc., parent of Terra
Solar North America, Inc. Dr. Lee has a PhD in physics from Columbia University and worked
in the financial service industry for 18 years in positions ranging from Marketing Director
at Citibank to Executive Director at Morgan Stanley.
Dr. Zoltan Kiss, noted inventor, entrepreneur and founder of the Terra Solar group of
companies, assumes the position of Chairman of the Board of Terra Solar Global and Chief
Scientist for its principal operating subsidiary, Terra Solar North America, Inc.

Terra Solar was awarded a contract by NYSERDA, the New York State Energy and Development
Authority, to develop photovoltaic streetlights using an array of white LEDs. The electrical
input of the proposed street lighting is 40 watts.

Terra Solar announces agreement in principle with the government of Nasarawa State,
Nigeria to install up to 500,000 solar home systems in homes which are beyond the reach
of the electrical grid in Nasarawa. When installed, the systems will enable residents to
replace kerosene lamps, the smoke from which is carcinogenic, with electric indoor lighting.

Terra Solar wins contract to provide a custom PV shingle system for the Smithsonian
Institute in Bocas del Toros, Panama. Project was completed in 2003.

Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY. The Merchant Marine Academy was one of the first
institutions in the nation to utilize fuel cells powered entirely by clean energy.
